Tuition and Fees

The tuition is due the first of the month from September through June. The first month’s tuition is due the first day of school. A 5% discount is available if the entire year is paid in advance. A $50.00 discount per child is also available to families who send more than one child to school. If tuition is not received by the 10th of the month a $10.00 late fee will be added.
Mail your tuition payments directly to the school treasurer. It should not be sent to school with your child or be given to the teacher. The address to which your payment should be mailed will be given to you on the day of registration.
Unpaid accounts without prior special arrangements will receive a 30 day written notice, a 60 day visit or call by a board member, and a 90 day obligatory dismissal of student until the bill is paid in full.
No academic records, i.e. report cards, diplomas or transcripts will be issued until the account is paid in full. Acceptance for a new school term is contingent upon the settlement of the previous year’s account.
Limited financial assistance from the Cady Memorial Worthy Student Fund is available at the discretion of the church board. And application process should be initiated by those responsible for the child’s tuition account. The principal has the application.
A non-refundable registration fee of $250.00 per student. This fee is due on registration day.
